As our co-founder, Tom brings over 25 years experience leading a full-service human resource and talent management organization featuring local presence and international reach. He became our President and CEO in 1997, viewing these positions as a springboard to elevate the scope and success of Employee Relations Associates via added offerings to better assist local, national and international companies in attracting, retaining and transitioning staff.

In July 2000, Tom and ER Associates joined forces with – and became a partner in – Career Partners International (CPI) LLC. This leveraged our resources and enhanced our capabilities in terms of outplacement, executive recruiting, coaching and cutting-edge technologies. ER Associates is now one of the fastest-growing CPI partner firms in the U.S. as we serve clients in all 50 states.
