After interning with ER Associates in 2008, Lindsay joined the company as a Recruiter in 2010. In her current role, she focuses on recruiting mortgage industry professionals nationwide and assists in sourcing candidates for local clients. Her strengths lay in her eagerness to deliver excellent customer service and yield positive results for her team. She is excited to be a part of ER, expand her professional knowledge, and become more involved in the Rochester community.

Lindsay graduated from Allegheny College in 2010, where she received a dual BA in International Studies and Spanish. She also spent a semester abroad in Seville, Spain at the Center for Cross-Cultural Study, where she took classes with an emphasis on International Business and Spanish politics, history, and culture.
