Kiersten Drexler, Sr. Recruiting Associate, joined ER Associates in 2011 to further the staffing efforts of the executive recruiting team. As an integral member of the ER Associates family, Kiersten reports to the COO and is responsible for client and candidate communications. She also works in conjunction with the direct hire recruiting team to source candidates, conduct interviews and perform reference checks. Kiersten’s outstanding personality and communications skills make a great addition to the team.
Prior to joining ER Associates, Kiersten worked at the upstate practice of Deloitte as audit in-charge. Kiersten holds a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting from Saint John Fisher College. She is a resident of Rochester and enjoys playing soccer, spending time with family, and learning to cook.
