Over her career, she’s built a reputation as a true partner to her client companies, focusing on constructing long-term relationships. Jill works closely with companies from under 10 employees to over 10,000, delivering the same, consistent level of service and expertise to each.

Via a practiced, consultative approach to client services, she prides herself on creating the best possible fit for both clients and candidates. Jill’s insight allows her to understand the “story behind the paper” through interviews and research, and achieve an intimate understanding of the cultural and technical aspects of each position she is filling.

• Served as a Partner at Worldleaders, national search firm, leading executive searches for various industries from 2007 – 2009
• Developed key strategies, growth and stability for Worldleaders, including corporate structure and internal talent acquisition
• Vice President and other key roles at Advantage Professionals LLC from 1997-2007
• Managed all aspects of external sales, marketing, recruitment, and permanent/contract placement while VP at Advantage
• Previous relevant experience with Neighborhood Housing Services of Rochester and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP
• MBA and BS in Accounting from St. John Fisher College
• Recipient of Rochester Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40 Award” in 2006
• Married and a resident of Greece, along with her daughter and husband
