Gretchen Rivers, National Account Coordinator, was brought into ER Associates to administer and coordinate the Wells Fargo Partnered Vendor Program. Her ten years of experience in human resources gives Gretchen the ability to service this program and continue to build strong relationships with our partners. Gretchen's customer-focused attitude and hiring and interviewing experience in a variety of positions enables her to provide the highest level of service to ER Associates' clients.

Before joining ER Associates, Gretchen served as an HR Assistant at Worklife Financial in Georgia, where she provided best-in-class human resources administration, employee benefits, payroll services, workers’ compensation and risk management services and support to over 500 companies in the Atlanta area. This experience gave her the ability to understand the diverse human resource needs of many different types of companies.

Gretchen holds a B.S. in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University. Having recently returned to Upstate New York after growing up in the area, Gretchen is enjoying spending time with her daughter, family and friends.
